How it Works
- Upload a data set by selecting New Data Set. For the analysis to work properly, your file must include: Address, Sale Date, Sale Price, Year Built, SqFt, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Latitude, and Longitude.

- Select the Paired Sales tab to find sales and resales of properties within the data set and look at key metrics.
- Select the Price Indexing tab to see a regression of the filtered data set with Market Condition Adjustment metrics.
- Select the Market Health tab to see key metrics like Volume and Price trends, Sales to List Price Ratios, and Cumulative Days on Market.
- Select the Map tab to see an interactive map of the sales and the subject property.
- Select the Zillow Index tab to see the Zillow Home Value Index Trend and monthly rates of change for the subject Zip Code.
- Select the AI Analysis tab to get a summary of all the key findings. Requires the use of your Gemini API key.
